Dartford Borough Council has triggered its Severe Weather Emergency Protocol for Rough Sleepers. This means that because the night time temperature is predicted to be zero degrees Celsius or below for at least the next three nights, the Council will aim to provide emergency accommodation for any rough sleepers found in the district for the duration of the severe weather. If you become aware of anyone sleeping rough in Dartford during this time, you can make a referral to Housing Services under the protocol and the Council will do their best to find emergency accommodation where available. Further details can be found at dartford.gov.uk.
