Dartford Library – Last week we reported that Councillor Kite had handed in a petition to Kent County Council, signed by 991 residents of Dartford petitioning against the proposed changes to Dartford Central Library.  North Kent Independent Advocacy Scheme, a not for profit company, supporting advocacy for learning disabilities / self advocacy support / easy read documents and training have posted on their Facebook page an article referring their views on the proposals.

Dartford Stone Lodge Bowls Club in Cotton Lane are inviting people to come and try the game of Bowls for free between 10am and 2pm on Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 September; also on Saturday 4 and Sunday 5 October.  Anybody interested can just turn up on the day.
